arrow Deposit Policy: Required for special circumstances; 50% of the total stay, will guarantee a reservation.

arrow		 14-day cancellation policy is required to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee.  If a reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, client is financially responsible for any nights not rebooked.
